Role Overview
Mercor is collaborating with a leading AI research lab to engage detail-oriented contributors for a video-based evaluation project. In this opportunity, you will watch ~10-minute POV videos and either create memory-recall questions about the content or answer existing questions to assess recall accuracy. The goal is to help benchmark and improve AI systems’ ability to retain and reason over visual information. This is a project-based engagement ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities

Watch first-person POV videos (approximately 10 minutes each) with close attention to detail

Create high-quality memory-recall questions that test understanding of specific events and details

Provide accurate answers to pre-written questions about video content

Ensure questions are clear, specific, and objectively verifiable

Follow project guidelines and quality standards when submitting work
Ideal Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and observational skills

Bachelor’s degree

Excellent written communication abilities, ideally as a significant part of your professional experience

Experience with content evaluation, annotation, or assessment design

Ability to identify subtle details and construct precise, unambiguous questions

Comfortable working independently and managing deliverables
